This series is about the life of Bass Reeves, one of the first U.S. Deputy Marshals who was black. It is a good series excited for more.
Entertaining contemporary western led by a predominantly black cast; creative liberties abound, pacing & conflict draw on; Sheridan persists
One of the first black sherrifs who had to deal with all races hating him for what he did for a living.
Never thought that I’d dislike a Taylor Sheridan show. The premise seems nice, but Bass never develops and the show moves too slow.
I'll watch it when a movie comes out. Series just drags too much.
Excellent bio series on Bass Reeves
Not same quality as 1883.
