About on par with the original short story but lacking in some spots. The ending is a little different too and I'm not sure if I like it.
Great independent movie, carefully picked Soundtrack .Tom Waits is acting in it ! Good acting and a peculiar style and story.
I know a handful of dudes who would happily spend eternity in purgatory if Shannyn Sossamon was there.
Honestly, it’s my favorite movie. I don’t want to give spoilers, but I like the mannerisms and how this was adapted into a movie.

In 2007 I would have rated amazing. This movie is very 00’s and I enjoyed the rewatch but wasn’t quite the same.

Awkward teenager Charlie Bartlett has trouble fitting in at a new high school.
