With his marriage fraying, Blake persuades his wife Charlotte to take a break from the city and visit his remote childhood home in rural Oregon. As they arrive at the farmhouse in the dead of night, they're attacked by an unseen animal and barricade themselves inside the home as the creature prowls the perimeter. But as the night stretches on, Blake begins to behave strangely, transforming into something unrecognizable.

I thought this was really good! Much more realistic take on an old monster trope. Didn’t expect high emotion going in but it sure brought it

Transformation is like Cronenberg Fly, but not as effective or interesting

a welcome entry to the real-life sickness style lycanthrope body horror genre. trauma metaphors very on the nose but pretty good.

It’s not revolutionary by any means but not bad. Lighting and sound for the wolf was incredible but everything else was very generic.

The horror is terrifying and effective. Takes advantage of the fact that you know what the movie’s about. Dialogue is stilted and forced.

Too slow. The concept is interesting, but instead of focusing on the personal struggle, they try using cool visual tricks that add nothing

I expected more. The trailer was way better than the actual movie. I will say tho the wolf stuff was terrifying and gross tho

Decent for what it’s trying to do. I love the transitions of perspective between the characters and protagonist mid transformation.

While the acting is good,the movie itself didn't live up to 2025 standards.Too safe and forgettable.
