A sports romcom that hits the spot, great chemistry between the main characters
Tennis dram-com relies heavily on voiceover and self-depreciation for both drama and comedy. Cast is likable. Solid ending. Movie is fine.
It’s more about the midlife crisis of Bettany’s character than anything else. The romance is secondary. It’s alright, but nothing special.
The amount of big name actors in B-roles in this movie surprised me. I liked the cast, but the story was a bit too plain and predictable.
They do have good chemistry… unfortunately not of the romantic kind. Formulaic and familiar.

Easy romantic comedy but it’s kind of fun to see Kirsten Dunst playing a nice and naive young lady falling in love. Like the tennis setup
