Loved this film. Great rom com. Explores the beauty of Pakistan as well.
Charming but sweet romcom with heart & messages about the Muslim community about marriage, James & Latif are a good pair with a strong cast.
Watched on a plane. Predictable rom-com but some interesting musings about "assisted marriage" within the Muslim community. Lily James...
I was expecting a 5/10 but I think this has legs and heart. It feels placed well in 2023 and reflects lots about old and new relationships.
Whilst it definitely doesn't reinvent the romcom wheel, it has soul to spare and a story worth rooting for

You know exactly how this movie is. Decent but nothing special.
Above average romcom that ticks all the boxes. Interesting angle looking at love in the face of different cultures and religions. Have fun!
Some say a comedy ends in marriage, tragedy in 💀. Some say comedy should make you laugh. A Rom-Com should be both? Nah let's make it bigger
It’s cute and I like that it adds diversity to the genre but otherwise 🤷🏼♂️
