Cheap looking effects in an otherwise basic, but serviceable movie. Tense and overly dramatic
Not the best submarine film, but far from the worst. Strong cast, tense moments, enjoyable story.

When Ramsey insists that the Alabama must act aggressively, Hunter, fearing they will start rather than stop a disaster, leads a potential mutiny to stop him.
