Too Late

This is a great contemporary rendition of the LA noir genre transported to the 2010's. Good writing, gritty dialogue. A new favorite.

The complex narrative has many, many fingers but only a few that grip. I was bored even when I was on the edge of my seat. A classic film.

A shameless rip off of Tarantino with an exhausting and distracting "one shot" gimmick. Hawkes' strong performance is the only saving grace.

leaves you in shock. makes you think about everything and question people's intentions.
