Above average war film, a lot of brooding tension and interpersonal stuff going on, not just action.

Quite a little gem of a film. Looks stunning and does not reach for too much. The main char is very likeable.
At times struggled to fallow the narrative. Like an over due library book I wanted more time to get into it. Good movie about an ugly time.
Pretty good character study of a soldier that doesn’t remotely want to go to war but is too good hearted when he makes friends!
Not Colin Ferrell's worst. Watch it if you like him.
A pretty decent Vietnam antiwar movie. It is mostly army training so don't expect any Vietnam war scenes unfortunately though.
Awesome war flick. Collin Farrell is great in his role. And a good redemption for Joel Schumacher after one particular '97 superhero film.
