An unforgettable farce. One of few films that balances its cynical insight with personality and great one liners. Way ahead of its time
If you think this movie is just a clever allegory, you clearly haven’t been paying attention.
Everybody's heard at least one quote from this film. I expected a little more, but got an interesting pay off in the end. Fun 80s action.
The politics are really interesting to watch in 2023. Also just so many great one liners
Solid. A b-movie, but pretty smart and with a good budget. Its lack of subtlety is an asset; the themes are unfortunately still relevant.
