Two men of dubious Hawaiian heritage kill hundreds of people to get a single man arrested for Conspiracy to commit murder. Dumb fun.
A good buddy movie with a good pairing. Nice cast of characters. Decent action. Fair story. A good one time watch for me. 
Between meh & good. Violent, totally predictable & ridiculous, yet somehow watchable. Fat, alcoholic, dirty & beat up Momoa still looks hot.
