This was a story that needed to be told and I liked it.
Knowing nothing about this scandal made it an interesting watch. Slow, not completely captivating but pretty good.
Solid treatment of the subject and events. On par with the Dreyfuss one.
DeNiro and Pfeiffer are great, the movie itself is disappointing.
I thought it was a really well made movie and I'm surprised people aren't really talking about it.
A great story wasted with a terrible direction
Deniro was a convincing Bernie Madoff in this tragic expose of how a criminal destroyed his career and family
Not much of interest viewing embezzlement. Never looks Madoff pathology.. Just a few actors mumbling about a crime while DeNiro just sits.
Great actors, but the movie just showing bland version of this crazy story. Doesn’t bring much more than just reading articles about it
Good actors, the story not so much, but in this case it's a matter of taste also, I guess. Not my cup of tea.
