I give this 1989 family adventure film 4 stars because I watched it as a kid and fell in love with it back then. Still love this movie
Absolute classic. Loved loved loved this as a kid. Such a good story and an awesome movie for any Nintendo fan.
An hour and 40min commercial for Nintendo. It’s cheesy, but has some pretty hilarious one liners. “I love the power glove. It’s so bad.”
Look past the video game theme and you realize this is truly about one brother trying to help another on his journey
A fun movie to riff. Especially among gamer friends.
Very nostalgic. It's basically a 1980's Player One.
I loved this as a kid, rewatching this as an adult makes me see how stupidly bad this is. It still has a few charms which can make it fun.
This is one of my biggest guilty pleasures
Made up of two seemingly unrelated stories but still fast enough to be a fun watch. Savage and Lewis were good together. Destroy Putnam.
