Incredible story of a brave woman that wouldn’t change her convictions for an easier life. Day nails it. Plenty of other great performances.
Feels very rushed and exploitative, but the lead acctress EMBODIES the role of Billie Holiday, performance alone makes it worth of watching.
Andra Day does an absolute amazingly respectful job of portraying Billie Holiday, also uses her own voice singing, No lip syncing here y'all
Way too long, excessively focused on Holiday’s drug addiction, Day is excellent, poorly directed.
Day gives a great performance in this mediocre, melodramatic and messy biopic. Without her, the film would have been unbearable. 4/10.

Absolutely fine. I can't point to anything really wrong with it, but I was pretty bored. It felt like it hit the same beats over and over.
