Not the best from Mel Brooks, but underrated all the same
I like the idea and DeLuise is quite funny. But ultimately underwhelming for a Brooks film. Wanted it to be more Rat Race-y.
Enjoyable, lots of funny moments but still heartfelt. The story drags on and the characters are a bit thin.
definitely one of his most serious movies Ive seen from him so far. he still kept that same slapstick humor though! sad but accepting ending
Brooks second only well known film among Gen X'rs & Boomers, in-between The Producers & Young Frankenstein but not essential viewing 4 fans!
Underrated Mel Brooks film, not his best work but it is super zany and over the top and has a fun mystery to unravel
