I would rated it with 4 stars but the short film disturbed me a lot. If you liked Midsommar then this is for you.

A tale about something almost anyone can relate: how nasty family secrets can be smothered to keep up appearances. It's disturbing.

Unsettling themes, amazing direction. Ari Aster is a f* genius.

The story is messed up but the film itself is still pretty good.

It's a fabulous short, but the story is seriously so twisted and horrible, the performances are wonderful.

So horrifyingly disturbing, the bathtub scene was so powerful and horrendous to hear. Great job from the actors

Aster starts his career with a short like few others. Shocking for even the hard-to-shock. A sensitive subject matter flipped on its head.

It’s honestly more tragic / saddening than it is disturbing. But I’ll watch more of Ari Aster because of this.
