Amazing slow movie about life and choices
Swinton and Moore are this movie's greatest gifts. A breath of spirit, courage and wisdom in a world that fears what is inevitable.
A bit weird but very interesting to watch
Moore & Swinton are perfect and the script doesn't dip into the maudlin. Complaint: the brief cop scene makes the ending feel incomplete.
7 out of 10. Almodóvar in English feels a little watered down, but his handprint is still on this. Stunning to look at. Great performances.
The writing is well-crafted, and the two protagonists delivered an exceptionally remarkable acting performance.
Very repetitive movie, shallow characters are repeating simple information over and over again. Dry acting but beautiful cinematography.
It's middling Almodòvar.The film was descent with great actors and performances but not emotionally involving.
Some of the most unnatural and awkward line delivery ever, lacking a lot of style and beauty from his other work, this is a real snooze
Not my favorite of Swinton's, but it's lovely to see these two together. More of an arthouse meditation on death and sovereignty.
