Veteran cop Nick Pulovski is used to playing musical partners; many of the partners he's had in the past have died on the job, and often as a result of Nick's risky tactics. But the rookie who's been assigned to help Nick bust a carjacking ring is almost as hotheaded as he is … and when Nick gets kidnapped, his newbie partner is his only hope.

Everything was going so well, but it larger than it should, but it’s good, boring in the last persecution.
Who thought Sheen would have compelling chemistry with Eastwood? It’s just like Hollywood Homicide, proving trends continue for decades.
It was ok but not my favorite Clint Eastwood or Charlie Sheen movie
Clint Eastwood's poorest performances, both in directing and acting. Very lame movie.
To immediately contradict myself; this is not a good film. However, it is entertaining and ridiculous so I say turn your brain off and enjoy
Eastwood is great. Sheen drags the movie down a notch.
Saw this again quite recently & thoroughly enjoyed an amusing Clint flick 4 once shown on TV! Happens less often all the time now!
The best films have the best villains, this one is played by Raul Julia. Brilliant!
Nothing original here, the plot treads well-worn buddy cop ground. Fun if you enjoy Eastwood, surprisingly violent at times, but forgettable
Good action set pieces although casting Raoul Julia as a German villain is a little confusing but good non the less
