A great western with an Evil Dead charm (and some of its problems).
First of all, that’s a brilliant title for a Western! Raimi delivers a truly unique & extremely fun little gem with a style that stands out

Great feminist Western. Great homage by Sam Raimi to the works of Leone. Gene Hackman is delightfully wicked
Kind of a weird movie. Some aspects I really liked, others not so much. The ending really didn't satisfy me. Overall though, I enjoyed it.
I'm not much of a Western guy to begin with, but I'm pretty sure a gunfighter tournament seems mildly implausible.

Sir Robert Beaumont is behind schedule on a railroad in Africa. Enlisting noted engineer John Henry Patterson to right the ship, Beaumont expects results.
