An insight into Sherlock Holmes from angle we don't get to see usually. The characterization is amazing.
Subtle and humorous Holmes adaptation with great atmosphere. It’s hard to explain why it worked for me, but the tone drew me in.
Very interesting adaptation of Sherlock Holmes for the time and it's pretty good.
Not as funny as it could be, not as clever as it should be. There are plenty other, funnier, better takes on Holmes than this.
There are better Holmes movies, without a doubt, but I'll watch anything with Christopher Lee in it....
Not bad.
