The cinematography, performances and ending makes Power of the Dog worthwhile.
Tension builds and resulted in a mostly satisfying ending for me. Wasn’t sure I liked it at first, but there’s plenty to chew on.
Compelling & unique. Makes you uncomfortable in an engaging way.
This is something different and mysterious. Liked the plot, could have gone without looking at Benedict’s cock but art, I guess.
I thought it would be so boring, but this is such a brilliant movie. The characters are played perfectly. 10/10
Although clearly not actually filmed in Montana this film accurately captures the time period and location and is immensely human
The acting was great and the story was simple but had a subtle ending that I really enjoyed.
a psychological horror. very uncomfortable to watch. cumberbatch's performance was incredible.
Only watch if you love cinematography or heavy visuals, or have a knack for slow burning films.
Not much of a westerns fan but the ending won me over.
