After a rough start, the movie settles in for some great emotional payoffs. Kids would probably like the movie more than adults

Not as good at the book, but book to movie adaptions rarely are. Sweet, Emotional and fun for the whole family. 6/10.
The acting was good but I didn't care for the story.
Bring this back to Disney+! I recall the relationships between the animals in captivity being quite touching. I can’t remember the ending.
It was a decent family movie. Easy watch for kids and adults. The characters were good and the story was interesting.

What a tearjerker! Doesn’t follow the book exactly so it does lose some aspects, but I can’t actually complain about it.
I was very excited to watch this movie however, It was remarkably long movie and I felt unfulfilled after it was over.
Very by the numbers. I love the animal friendly message but it felt very derivative from other Disney works.
