I had no idea how dark Bettie Page’s life was. Great film!

Not really a fan of biopics, but who wouldn't be interested in the life of Bettie Page?
Fascinating look at the underground market for pinups and fetish photos in the 1950s and of the enigmatic woman in front of the camera lens.
A biopic in which the lead actress is by far the best reason to watch it. She breathes some light into it.
Lots to like on the technical aspects, really treats it’s subject with respect and isn’t afraid to get serious
