I never thought a documentary could make me as scared as a horror movie - but this one did.

All I’ll say is that this movie triggered my sleep paralysis lol… but I liked most things about it! One of my favorite topics.

As someone who has dealt with sleep paralysis l, this definitely shows the horror it can be.
