It's a teen movie (80's kids), but doesn't talk down to them, quite rare. Slater is outstanding. Yes the pacing is weird, but I love this.
When you're 17, people think they can do anything to you. Billie Jean is about to prove them wrong.
Recommend to watch once. Interesting. Probably won't watch it again though.
All I can really say on this movie is that I have been trying to C it 4 decades as it has a decent cast, & a plot kind of ahead of its time?

If you want to understand 80's teen angst, this movie is covered with it. Great for nostalgia- not sure would hold up as anything >meh now.
Wandering story, not really much of a point to it. I was hoping for more.
