Been a while since I watched this one but didn’t leave much of an impression
Too many boys, not enough history. Largely predictable, not really very fun.
I absolutely loved this movie definitely a must see for any fan of the play or just people in general.
Funny and fascinating. The sister film to Dead Poets society.
Just watched this in 2018. In my opinion, certain aspects of the story have not aged well, and as a result, a lot of story beats fall flat.
A fine play by the great Alan Bennett. It's funny and full of heart, but still a film better for the TV on a Sunday than the cinema.
Alan Bennett’s best, and its so good. Relatable, funny, moving, iconic.
Brilliant acting and story line
Quite slow, innit?
Wish I saw the play instead.
