A different sort of rom I enjoyed; it hits the whole 70s nyc scene and vibe, catching up with your typical actor and single mum in the city
Written by Neil Simon and starring his wife at the time Marsha Mason. She was amazing. Also Richard Dreyfus at his peak. Wonderful movie.
See it if you want to learn what Off Broadway theater was like, A bit dated, but that's our fault, not the movie. Richard Dreyfuss triumphs.
The Shakespeare bit has me in stitches just thinking about it. Otherwise, a likable but standard romantic comedy.
Kind of a romantic comedy drama for when it was made but never quite became a true classic!
