Steven Seagal lacks the charisma that could have made this movie at least watchable.

I enjoyed this cat and mouse thriller. Good action, I liked the story and characters. It could have been better had the studio left it alone

Steven Seagal is a poor man's Steven Seagal in this Steven Seagal helmed shit-show. Watch him slap fight and mumble.

Decent cop flick. Great cast! Way better than I expected especially since the last SS movie I saw was pretty bad (On Deadly Ground).

Another slog from Seagal packed with clichés and with an unnecessarily complex plot. Brian Cox is good and Tobolowksy always delivers.

Seagal & Wayans are decent together & has some good action. But the Seagal formula starts to get old & the plot leaves little to be desired.
