Longtimer plans to escape to see his junkie daughter before it's too late. A tense thriller that was also, somehow, poetry.
Couldn't stand this film, as I haven't been impressed by movie adaptations of prison stories that can stand up to Shawshank or Escape Plan!
Saw this on Film 4 and actually really enjoyed it. Cox as good as ever and great storyline to match.
Great cast and performances, but is a little slow and slight.
Not many words are spoken, but no need for them in the movie.
