Watched this movie as a child with my dad. Had a kind of obsession with medieval war stuff, so this was decent. It fed my need for MORE.

There are some decent action pieces but the movie slogs along in many spots and the acting isn't very convincing.

Decent historical action adventure movie, worth a watch

Brilliant cinematography and a complex score make for one of the best films of 2011.

If you’re looking for a simple Roman action flick, this is what you’re looking for

Don’t know what this was but it was awful.

A great looking, by-the-numbers redemption story.

Had its moments and I wasn’t aware of tribes like the Seal people in that part of the world. Liked Bell’s ambiguous role.

Seriously, how do you mess up source material this badly?

I'd like to meet whoever made the tribes north of Hadrian's Wall look like the Na'vi, pat them gently on the back, and whisper, "No."
