I did enjoy it-but i love history. Others may find it slow.
A little slow at times, but overall effective and intriguing. James McAvoy is great (per usual)
A slow piece, but very interesting. I think you need a bit of background on after Lincoln’s death to understand the full scope of the film.
Well acted and directed piece of history
A film based on the story of Mary Surratt and her lawyer. Very decent movie if you like american history.
Has some good moments, but we can’t know for sure how the actual events unfolded, and that mars the film (if not the telling) somewhat.
Worth while watching an interesting historical drama with some good performances
