Despite its flawed premise (wouldn’t fly today)it’s fantastic! Grant & Loy r charming& the 1st time I’ve seen Temple grown & she’s terrific.
Don't know why this works. Sounds ridiculous on paper, bordering on offensive even. But it's great. Grant shines as usual.
Sure, the premise is insane, but Grant, Loy and a teenage Shirley Temple have quite the fun chemistry. Just don’t think too hard about this.
