While not the best historic film it does get a lot right Billy Bob Thornton is a delight
Action-packed adaptation. Falls short in some story and acting categories though
Supremely underrated. Not perfect, but its more quiet and thoughtful tone, with solid performances and beautiful moments make it stand out.
It’s not the greatest movie but it is worth a watch.
This movie is long and tends to drag in certain spots. Billy Bob Thornton is awesome though and the final confrontation is pretty epic.
Dry film goes for realism over epic qualities. Ends up leaving you with little to invest in. Thornton’s Crockett is a highlight.
Not only is it way too hokey to be taken seriously, it’s dreadfully boring. Thornton is the bright spot, but it’s not enough by a long shot.
Pretty cool battle movie. Billy Bob Thornton stole the show.
Found this very good. Was a few slow spots, but a great depiction of what happened during the time of the Alamo.
The men at the Alamo portrayed as real characters, not over the top heroses. Not a typical Western
