Love the Abyss. I love oceanic movies. Add aliens to the mix, and I'm sold. Great FX for its time, great cast, and great plot/ storyline.

Just researched, i didn't remember much but was pleasantly surprised. Still a lot of 80s tropes but overall good.

A classic supernatural thriller. Original concept and amazing visuals. The acting is on-par for the era and the story is good. A great film.

Tense and visually interesting. This is a little slow to start, with an info dump to start off the movie, but it gets going and it’s a blast

Incredible performance by Ed Harris et al. The ending is imperfect which is a shame because the rest is top notch. I really love this film

A really claustrophobic experience as we’re underwater for most of the film, a unique Sci-Fi concept with fantastic special effects, superb

I was a young teenager when I first saw this and was completely in awe. Great story, although the cast hated it.
