A rare bread of cinema, a surreal tale of how fragile one can be against their sexual and materialistic desires and the extents of trust.
An on and off again romance shrouded with an entirely unique perspective that makes the comedy and drama stand out in the crowd
A fascinating look at an extremely unbalanced relationship filled with greed, lust and manipulation. Darkly hilarious.
It's not Buñuel at his best but there are still some interesting elements (despite the apparent sexism).
A Frequently unsettling meditation on love and lust. Both beautiful and daring!
You'll be invested in it's relationship between a young woman in a liberating Europe and an aging man who must learn he cannot buy love.
Great film focus’son the meaning of sex. And the difference between man/woman. As surreal as they come. The cams movement is great as well!
He is a very unreliable narrator.
Worth watching
Luis Buñuel can’t go wrong.
