Mel Gibson in his prime, he was gold in the 80s
Stylish but lacking substance. Strong performances can't save this glossy crime drama from its convoluted plot.
The actors are all strong as is Towne’s dialogue. However, the wheels come off before the end imo. Needed a stronger climax to be memorable.
More of a love triangle drama than an action movie, but Kurt is awesome as always
A decent crime drama. It edges on being film noir but just misses, the filmmaker seems to not have known what exactly he was going for.
Very cool & slick thriller which feels it's almost set in the he same universe as The Fabulous Baker Boys, just on a parallel level? Aces!
