Watched this movie when it came out and I still watch it every year or two. Very entertaining.
Ice-T, Gary Busey, and Rutger Hauer…what else do you need?!?! Great, underrated 90s action flick. Recommend.
Takes a concept that's been around forever and does nothing too enterprising with it.

Good premise. Mediocre acting. It was good for it's time. Not really sure if it holds up or not though.

Lot of ppl will say this movie sucks, and maybe it does, but I love it and still like to watch it on occasion.
