Funnier than expected. Burt Reynolds and Robert Patrick absolutely steal the show.
Demi Moore sadly couldn't save this film.
It has a friendly side towards comedy but its thriller plot kept getting in the way of the yucks. Demi Moore did a good job as a dancer.
So so film saved only but the strip scenes of Demi Moore
Well, I’ll say this for the wild ride that is Striptease: Burt Reynolds seems to be having fun, and he doesn’t disappoint.

It's ridiculous, but in kind of a good way, kind of like knowing I watched this with my mom in 4th grade.
The tired trope of a stripper with a heart of gold. It sort of wants to be a drama, but doesn't have enough weight/substance to pull it off.
A movie that completely disregards the themes of a decent book that it was based on and turns it into a laborious slog.
I think this movie in the 90s was a bit overrated. I like the overall story.
