This movie is super dark dealing with child abuse, incest, and suicide. It's also beautiful and deep.
If you haven't seen Sono's other work I wouldn't start with this one because of how disturbing it is. Definitely one of his best works

Sono taking it to extreme depths again. It becomes a bit hysterical at the climax. Good for those who enjoy a mind fuck.
Felt like the creator was desperate to make an "intelligent" movie, ended up being very cringy and painful to sit through.
