Really dumb and cheesey superhero film that you will forget easily
Honestly it was awful, but I still loved it.
Corny, slow, and way too long of a movie that has little fun in it. Shaq’s charisma is completely zapped by the script and setting.
Terrible attempt at a superhero film. But there are some moments of so bad it’s good that can make watching it with friends entertaining.

Shaq looks so goddamn silly in that costume. But what's worse is the acting. And plot. This is more of an embarrassment than Batman & Robin.
Shaq is a pretty likable personality but somebody should have clued him in that he can't act for shit.
Its because of movies like this the superhero genre hasnt found its footing back in the 90s and was considered shot until Blade
