Such a hilarious and perfect critique of the American healthcare system, with some solid jabs at toxic body positivity.
Quite funny. Some really good moments, but a lot of only OK moments. Good 1 time watch. And Cartman delivers as always.
I've never related to South Park more than when the song about navigating the American Health Care system played for me.
Matt and Trey just keep knocking out banger episodes. They are the epitome of modern satire.

This movie’s action scene was better than some actual action movies
Decent new addition with some good jokes about the health care system and weight loss drugs, Randy is the best part as always
South Park’s still got it. Happy to see that they’re still making funny, dumb, topical stuff.
