Bill Nighy in a wonderful rumination on grief, loss, and loving the family that remains. Quirky, to be sure.
This is a beautifully made film, great acting. Bill Nighy is brilliant. Cinematography is top notch.
Simply sublime. Nighy is a treat, as always, but so are the supporting cast. There isn't a false now from any of them. Funny and affecting.
The quite light-hearted journey of a real dark topic gives the essence and humour of the movie. Great acting, couldn't be more British.
I really liked this a lot. The set decoration and rhythm of the storytelling was Wes Anderson-ish, but Bill Nighy elevates it beyond style.
