This movie blew me away when I saw it in the early 90s and it holds up today. One of the reasons I got into film making.
The Wizard of Oz in disguise as an apocalyptic action-fantasy, in a desert wasteland accompanied by great soundtrack & subtle symbolism.7/10
For every good cinematic choice this makes, there is an equally dumb and annoying choice. Averages out to a kinda weak road movie
Mix Mad max and tenacious d and the pick of destiny you end up with this weirdly good movie!
Long before Fallout was a thing, there was this cheesy but snazzy low budget underground and unpolished gem. Currently available on YouTube
