A beatiful story of a determined child in harsh times.
The book is so much better and the movie leaves out very important parts. Its still a Good movie though.
Historically relevant and interesting to watch but also profoundly sad and hard to watch.
As devastatingly beautiful as it is beautifully devastating.
I watched this in french due to its origins and it was so sad. I didn’t enjoy it exactly but it presented a great story and emotional end.
Really dark and slow, but it tells an alright story
