Liked the soundtrack and all the fight scenes.
Movie stunts are good, story is not so good, soundtrack is great.
Such a while back now I don't recall all the plot, but Jet Li or not still very similar to Jason Statham's War, & a few other Asian flicks!
The overarching reference to Romeo and Juliet is interesting but just felt a bit bland.
I'm sure I'm a little biased growing up with this movie, but I like the message and unexpected love connection
Don't remember all the wire work happening in this movie during the fight scenes. Meh movie without question, not much there.
A lot didn't work in this movie but it's still somehow special
If you thought Romeo + Juliet didn't have enough fight scenes, then this might be for you. Might.
To be fair I was a much younger person when I saw this movie and there's a good chance that it may not hold up but in 2002 it ruled.
Popcorn movie essentially, over the top action and lazy writing. Not bad but not great.
