A constant steam of someone's conciense into your eyes and ears. Do not think here. Vibe.
Mindblowingly beautiful allusion to American occupation of Japan after WWII
Its so bad that is good.... It is probably done this way on porpuse. Loved it
Keep watching every one of Cage movies. Might not be on the Oscar track but always something interesting. This is another one to gives a spin
I'm now interested in seeing more of Sono's oeuvre. This film seemed to be an intriguing amalgam of western, samurai, post-apocalypse, etc.
It extremely confusing, none of it makes sense. even having seen the entire film and done some googling, I still don't know what is going on
It has at least 20 different movies in its DNA, yet it sill feels unique. Sono is confident in his direction, translating into pure fun
One of Sono’s worst movies. Very cheap feeling and Cage adds nothing. Extremely basic storyline that you’re always one step ahead of
It has its moments, and Cage is great as always, but overall it is a mess.
I am normally a fan of sion sono but this feels to me like all style no substance missing the deeper thought provoking plots we normally get
