Pinocchio

A lovely adaption of the cartoon Pinocchio version. Beautiful.

It is cute, but if you are going to watch the newest Pinocchio, choose the magnificent movie from Benicio del Toro

I'm not understanding all the hate! I found this movie very enjoyable. It was a great time. Heartfelt, comedic, with lots of action!

Yet another fun disney remake with likeable emotive characters. Nothing groundbreaking but a nice family film

Aspects of an older version "The emperor of the night". A couple of loose ends upon finishing, but a nice pace for the kids

Minor differences aside, it was ok. My biggest takeaway: Seeing it in live action helped me realize just how bonkers the story actually is.

I liked Tom Hanks as Geppetto. I also liked the added scenes & songs that are not in the 1940s' OG. Pleasure Island hit differently tho. 👀

It's an easy and enjoyable watch. The additions didn't feel forced and it felt like a more complete movie in the end
