This is a classic, the Fonda's nailing it out of the park.
One of the most nostalgic, comforting, very personal & formative films for me. Super quotable & will ALWAYS make me miss my grandparents. 🫶

A-list actors…acting. The height of movie craft but the “day in the life” story was not my cup of tea.
I was quite young when I saw it & thought it was boring
Slow and dialogue driven but the characters will capture your heart. Very sweet character study executed by two phenomenal actors.
Balanced between sobbing and giggles. Perfect performances from Hepburn & the Fondas. Lessons on forgiveness & compromising.
Just plain. Nothing exciting or interesting happens during it's runtime.
It's dramatic where it needs to be and light hearted at times. There are a few scenes that really make you think.
