Conspiracy theories mixed with actual events, Nixon mixed with a vampire-esque Hannibal Lecter.. grain of salt is needed
Well done. Oliver Stone at his best when he makes these presidential pieces. Hopkins is Hopkinsesque.
The overall film is fine, but Anthony Hopkins gives a must-see performance! It’s realistic, enthralling, and tragic. See it for him alone!

I didn’t like it. Good acting but something is missing
One of Stone’s best, an endlessly engrossing 3 1/2 hour drama with a cast so amazing you’ll think you’re dreaming.
21/2* The inability for me to suspend disbelief & accept Hopkins as Nixon was too much of a leap for me.
Fascinating political drama following the journey of Nixon, with a great ensemble cast all well acted
