This movie was great. It wouldve been better if Lou descended into the madness rather than being strange and off putting from the beginning.
Gyllenhaal gives one of his best performances in this sleek thriller about the dangers of sensationalized news and what it takes to get it.
Chilling story that absorbs you into Lou's world.
One of the sleaziest characters of all time fantastically played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Uncomfortable but absolutely well-made.
This is fantastic. Great acting, sleek cinematography, compelling characters, even a car chase. Also very disturbing, but thats the point
It shows the dark underbelly of the press in a strange new way
Dark satire re: the shameless bloodlust and scavenging of local news media. Gyllenhaal plays a psychopath willing to do anything for glory.
One my favorite movies, such an awesome watch
The performance of Jake Gyllenhaal as this sadistic but charming character makes the audience root for him
Jake Gylenhaal’s performance was really good. Film has a unique plot, which is very rare nowadays. Great cinematography. Would recommend.
