This movie was a ton of fun. It has its obvious surface flaws. But if you wanna have a great time, check this out. 80's style.
I loved it, I'm gonna have to read the book now too.
Not as fun as the book, but good with some nice effects. But it makes all the teen drama feel trite, where Hendrix made it believable.
It had some creepy parts for a teeny bop flick and the soundtrack was pretty killer.
If you’ve read the book there is so much missing. It’s not even as close to being as good. It could’ve been done so much better.
I feel it would have worked better if they committed to full comedy or full horror. Lacks character building.
It felt like a mash up of mean girls/ Jennifer’s body but the twist is that it’s boring
This should’ve been a lot more fun. Plays out more like a bad teen drama with the smallest amount of horror.
Just mediocre. Not terrible, but not good either.
Do yourself a favor and read the book instead; the movie is just a soulless (and sort of racist) Amazon repackaging.
